Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using Interpreter24, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Interpreter24 on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on that entity's behalf.

Service Scope

Interpreter24 provides AI-assisted language services, including speech recognition, translation, text simplification, captions, and synthetic voice output. Service features may vary based on the selected plan, technical configuration, and third-party providers connected to your deployment.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials used to access the platform. You are also responsible for activities performed under your account, including actions by team members and operators you authorize.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful use of Interpreter24 in your events and workflows, including obtaining any required permissions from speakers, participants, and attendees. You are also responsible for verifying output quality before mission-critical use and for configuring routing and monitoring according to your operational standards.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Interpreter24 to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malicious content, or attempt unauthorized access to systems and data. You must not reverse engineer or misuse any hosted components unless explicitly permitted by contract.

Fees and Payment

Pricing depends on the commercial model selected (for example usage-based service, subscription, or codebase rights). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due according to the payment terms shown in your proposal, order, or service agreement.

Third-Party Providers

Interpreter24 may rely on third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Performance, availability, and quality may be affected by those providers. Where you bring your own providers, you are responsible for their accounts, usage, costs, and compliance requirements.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the Interpreter24 platform, branding, and materials remain the property of their respective owners unless explicitly transferred in a written agreement. Any codebase rights, if purchased, are governed by the specific purchase contract and limitations stated there.

Service Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

Interpreter24 is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain high reliability and quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect translation accuracy, or fitness for every use case. You should keep operational safeguards suitable for live event environments.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Interpreter24 and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data. Total liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the affected service period, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

Termination

Either party may terminate service according to the applicable contract or subscription terms. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, non-payment, or misuse. Obligations related to payment, confidentiality, and intellectual property survive termination where applicable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions become effective when published on this page unless otherwise stated. Continued use of Interpreter24 after updates means you accept the revised terms.
